COMMISSIONS

By purchasing a commission, you automatically agree to the following conditions.

Please read this entirely and carefully. I reserve the right to refuse your commission if you do not agree to these terms.

All prices are in AUD and full commission price is paid upfront.

I accept PayPal, other forms of payment must be discussed.

If you'd like to cancel your commission, please let me know at the earliest date. If substantial work has not been done, then I can give you a full refund, otherwise only a portion will be refunded. Completed commissions will not be refundable.

An upcharge in price will be requested upon complex design. This price will vary depending on complexity of a piece.

By placing an order, you agree to these terms and conditions.

I will provide frequent updates on the commission process via email for you to review, and to see if you'd like to change anything.

The final artwork will be shared via email using a .jpeg file, unless discussed otherwise.

Once the artwork has been completed, no other changes or edits will be made.

I reserve the right to post completed commissions on my social media platforms.

You, the client, may display my work on external sites, as long as it is clearly and visibly credited and linked back to me.

You may not resell the artwork or claim it as your own.

You may not use the artwork for commercial purposes, such as advertising.

You may not use or feed my work into any generative AI.
